Introduction
Our body requires a specified amount of food as fuel to run the body. Non-clinical programs: This is a kind of non commercialized or commercialized chains of weight reduction plan. These programs have some health counselor to guide the program and are most of the times privately owned.
Clinical programs: This is a kind of non commercialized or commercialized chains of weight reduction plans which are dealt at a more professional level. These programs are guided by professionals such as dieticians, physicians, food experts, health trainers etc. They even include basic health education like nutrition, various therapies, medical care etc.
